How to change the screen ratio |
Every motorized screen can be manually stopped at the desired height by operating on the switch or by using the new remote Touch scren - italian
Do not operate on the pre-set running end, as this will imediate discontinue our product warranty.

The motor does not correctly operate |
Verify the electrical connections to the switch and the reducer. Check the plug to be perfectly inserted in the socket and mainly that energy voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the data sheet.
If everything is correct, but the motor does not properly work, please contact the dealer to get a replacing screen.

The motorized screen surface does not correctly downward and come back |
Contact your dealer who will check if the running ends are correctly calibrate. Once the problem should hold over, it is necessary to proceed with a replacement.

he motor squeaks |
Put some lube oil on the bolt at the opposite side of the motor, after removing the plastic cover

What for warranty |
Each Screen Line screens is covered by 2-year warranty from invoice date. The warranty is valid for any malfunctioning or damage caused by wrong manufacturing.
Screen Line reserves the right to check in home the conditions to proceed with a free of charge replacement.
Any changing/tamper on the running end will immediately discontinue our warranty on the product.

How to clean the projection surface |
To avoid permanent damages on the screen, the projection surface needs to be cleaned by using neutral cleaners only (free from solvents or ammonia)

How to eliminate curls on the screen surface |
On motorized screen it is possible to eliminate this annoying defection by leaving the open screen for about 24h in a warm and dry room.
On big frame screens it would be enough to move the steel hooks on an outer track and fix the surface again on the frame.

Damaged surface |
If the projection surface presents plain cuts, scrapes or spots, not to be in charge of a wrong maintenance, a replacement is necessary.
In case of motorized screens the full screen has to come back to our factory.
In case of frame screens the only surfces should return to Screen Line.

Maintenace |
- do not install the screen close to heat sources
- do not install the screen directly forward a window: a screen is not a curtain, and PVC foils can be easily deformed by the sun light
- clean only with neutral cleaner
- do not try to modify the running end by yourself
